This Month in Girls Hockey
On January 4th the girls hockey team played up in Roseau winning 2-1 in overtime. Junior Callie Fagerstrom got 1 goal. And in overtime Tessa Jorde scored the winning goal!
Prowler girls hockey wins in East Grand Forks with the shut out of 3-0 on January 7th. Scoring for the prowlers were senior Briana Jorde, sophomore Tessa Jorde, and junior Madison Poole.
The girls hockey team had a great home game beating Warroad 2-1 on January 12th. Goals were scored by juniors Ava Marolt and Kora Torkelson.
On January 18th the girls hockey team traveled over to Crookston for a great game. We won with a score of 12-1. Scorers were Junior Kora Torkelson with 5 goals. Sophomore Tessa Jorde with a hat trick. Junior Madison Poole with 2 goals. Senior Briana Jorde with 1 goal. And senior Kaylee Eskeli with 1 goal.
On Friday January 22 the girls had a home game against St. Cloud Cathedral, and tied with a score of 4-4. Goals were scored by sophomore Tessa Jorde, junior Callie Fagerstrom, junior Madison Poole, and senior Kira Johnson.
On Saturday January 23 the girls played at home against Sartell, and they won 2-0! Both goals were scored by junior Hannah Enge.
Thursday January 28 the girls headed over to Moorhead for a great win. We won with a score of 2-0. Goals were both scored by senior Kira Johnson!
Friday January 29 the girls got another great win against Detroit Lakes winning 5-1. Goals were scored by sophomore Tessa Jorde with 3 goals. Juniors Hannah Enge and Callie Fagerstrom each had a goal as well.
